A discretionary service charge applies to all guest bills, with tronc allocated independently in line with the Allocation of Tips Act 2023.
At Caprice Holdings, a discretionary service charge is added to all guest bills and 100% of tips (tronc) are received by our teams in accordance with the Allocation of Tips Act 2023. The process of allocating tronc is independent from Caprice and led by an independent troncmaster, supported by employee representatives to ensure full representation from both back of house and front of house positions. We do not charge administration fees to facilitate tronc payments to our teams.
